Glenn Alan Wade, P.E. 

Glenn Wade earned a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University in Lubbock in 1983 and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.  During his college years, he worked as a roustabout/engineer trainee in the Slaughter and Levelland Fields of West Texas for Amoco.  He also was a roughneck for Texas Eastern in Utah using a little known technology at the time, short radius horizontal drilling tools.  After graduation, Glenn was employed by Ortloff Engineering, Sparkman Producing Co. and most recently, for over 10 years with Mitchell Energy Corp. in Fort Worth, Texas. His tenure at Mitchell included drilling, completion and production operations of several hundred oil and gas wells in the Boonsville (Bend Conglomerate) and Newark, East (Barnett Shale) Fields.

Since forming Wade Oil & Gas, Inc. in Fort Worth in 1996, Glenn has personally sold over $180 million in oil and gas properties for his clients in the United States and Canada.  These assets included waterfloods, drilling programs (onshore and offshore), royalty packages, tax credits, non producing mineral interests and both operated and non-operated working interests.
